Presentation Scheme


Keynote & Invited Talk:

Distinguished physicists and Scientists of the country will be invited to deliver invited talks in the conference.

Oral presentation:

Guideline for oral presentation:

Time slot for each oral presentation = 10 (8+2) minutes. 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.

Candidate must finish within 8 min time to be considered for PANE Young Scientist Researchers Award.

All oral presenters are requested to send their presentation in PPT format by email at presentationpane@gmail.com within 6th December, 2021 (Monday).

During email, presentation PPT file name should be the serial number given in the following list. Also in the subject of email please write “ORAL serial No“. e.g. if your serial no is 01AC, filename will be “01AC” & subject line will be “ORAL 01AC”.

Poster presentation:

Guideline for poster presentation:

All poster presenters should send a video of 10 minutes duration (file size ≤ 200 MB) describing their work by email at presentationpane@gmail.com within 6th December, 2021 (Monday).

Organizer will upload the video in the conference website for showcase during three days of conference. All participants may check the list of poster presentations and can watch online through conference website. There will be a session each day of conference where participants can post their question and the poster presenters will answer these quarries.

If somebody is unable to make video then he/she may send a PPT (maximum 5 slides) describing his / her work by email at presentationpane@gmail.com within 6th December, 2021 (Monday).

However, for Young Scientist Researchers Award under poster category only video presenters will be considered.

During email presentation file (video) name should be the serial number given in the following list. Also in the subject of email please write “POSTER serial No“. e.g. if your serial no is 03AC, filename will be “03AC” & subject line will be “POSTER 03AC”.


For preparing video of your presentation you can use any screen recording software. There exist many such open source free software.
